Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and optionally your email address and any notes you choose to add about your vehicle. We collect this solely to prepare and deliver your quote and to carry out the work if you go ahead.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out bookings, and keep records of work completed. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once you book.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass your details to third parties for marketing. We use service providers to host this website and deliver our email; they process data on our behalf and under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email xperiordetailing@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
